Writing for the Workplace

Students develop skills in writing for multiple audiences, analyzing communication practices, using critical reading, and presenting complex information in multiple media. After completion, students will be able to produce a written piece specific to the audience and context and demonstrate teamwork and intercultural competence in the workplace. Transferable skills gained include, communication (written and verbal), critical thinking, reading comprehension and active listening. Included courses: ENG 111 - Composition and Rhetoric EGS 215 - Workplace Writing EGS 305 - Integrative Writing for Global Contexts
