Sales & Customer Satisfaction

Students who earn a Microcredential in Sales & Customer Satisfaction will be ready to apply basic competency and strategies in marketing, sales and customer satisfaction; students will also be able to demonstrate quality customer service. After completion, students will also demonstrate skill in delivery of service, building trust in sales transactions, critical thinking in regards to meeting customer needs, and an understanding of global customer service (including outsourcing). Included courses: CMR 105 - Introduction to Marketing CMR 261 - Customer Service & Satisfaction CMR 263 - Sales & Promotion
