Latin American Cultures & Spanish Language

Students who earn the Latin American Cultures and Spanish Language Microcredential have developed not only their Spanish Language abilities but also awareness and appreciation of Latin American cultures. Transferable skills include cultural proficiency, interpersonal communication, critical thinking, and writing. To earn this microcredential, students must complete one of the Spanish Language Skills Microcredentials (Basic, Intermediate, or Introductory Spanish Composition) and take the included course. To earn this credential, the following course must be successfully completed: LAS 208: Intro to Latin America
